Fire in the Whole!
File Under: Blah blah blah...
Started the Miami classes this week. 283 (taken at Hamilton) should be interesting, reinforcing my Network+ stuff. 271 (taken at Middletown) is still giving me mixed signals. The first assignment is relatively simple, but the study sheet for the first test is simply bonkers. I've had both profs before -- Werner last semester, Cantonwine during my original run (back in the late 80's early 90's) so it's not a case of unknowns.
Today is the last actual Network+ class at Protrain. After this comes the test prep classes. I'm already set up on MeasureUp but simply haven't had the time to do more than touch it. There are a lot more questions in the test bank this time by about 50%, so I've got to crack it sooner than later.
With everything else, I really need to finish the opportunity sheet and post it tonight :-)
In EQ, I went ahead with a Ranger alt -- in the process finally making a Halfling character. At least until the Berserker class goes live, I can now say I've played every class and race... Sewindy has hit 10th and has all her class/race quest items but the weapon. Her foraging isn't where it needs to be, but I can see why Misty Thicket was once considered the best newbie zone. I disagree, but I can see why people felt that way.
NWN is on the backburner; the equipment nerf in the last expansion took the wind out of my sails there. Currently running through the first module to make sure I go into the expansions with as many of the spells in my grimoire as I can. I'm up to 24th level legitimately. 25th is the biggie, given the feats that require that level (Automatic Quicken Spell)...
